Quadro can already interact with every application installed on your computer, or accessed from the browser (web-apps). There are certain limitations with some applications, depending on the developer’s implementations strategy.
Once your free 14-days trial is over, you’ll automatically downgrade to the basic plan. This means that you can keep using Quadro and all templates you customised, and even install presets from other users. You just cannot customise them further.
Easy peasy. Just open Quadro on your iOS device, go to the Library with a single swipe from the left side of the display-in, then tap on the preferences icon on the top of the list and find the “Marketplace” section.
NO. When the annual plan expires it's up to you to decide if you have been satisfied and want to keep using Quadro by purchasing another pass.
Currently we only support portrait for iPhone and landscape on iPad. Landscape support for iPhone (and portrait for iPad) have been on our mind for a long time, and we agree it's an important feature. We’re working on it!
All refunds request must pass via Apple. To do so, open iTunes and follow these steps:
At the moment it’s not possible to sync devices of different nature (tablet and phone). Universal palettes (hence sync) is already on our roadmap, although we don't have an ETA yet. In the meantime, you can share single actions between them.
We can change your email address, but the procedure can easily take several days. If you don't need this to be modified urgently you could alternatively create a new account with the new email and, after exporting your palettes from the old account, re-import them in the new account. In case you have already paid for a premium account, we will unlock the same offer in the newly created account, before deleting the old one.
Palettes and Pads are first saved locally and, optionally, in the cloud (note that if these data are saved only locally, by deleting the app you will lose all data). Palettes (interfaces) and included actions use an AES-128 encryption algorithm and they become available only to those you want, using the existing sharing system in Quadro. However, if the information you would like to save are highly sensitive, we suggest to not include them in Quadro.
Get in touch with our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org and they will take care of it.
Unfortunately it’s currently not possible to transform Windows Palettes to Mac ones, and vice versa, due to architectural differences between the different operating systems. Most actions are cross-system tho, and can be shared among the two, excluding applications commands and shortcuts.
The reason we ask for the login, is currently:
There are also other reasons related to upcoming features, such as universal palettes (sync iPhone & iPad) and other super-secret ones. 🙊
